Ms. Seyma Inal (Partner) Ms. Seyma Inal graduated with distinction from Ankara University Law Faculty in 1981 and spent the early part of her career working with well-known Istanbul lawyers Metin Baran and Semuh Gunur . Ms. Inal's knowledge and standing stems from her partnerships in two of Turkey's premier maritime practices, firstly Metin Baran Law Firm and latterly Gur & Inal Attorneys-at-Law. The establishment of her own practice Inal Law Office in the summer of 2003 marks another milestone in an increasingly successful career. She celebrated her 25th year in the legal profession in 2008.
Ms. Inal advises clients on both non-contentious aspects of corporate and commercial matters as well as being a litigator. She has a particularly impressive background in company law, project finance, corporate acquisitions and joint-ventures. She represents many major banks' interests in Turkey. Advising upon formation and enforcement of contract and corporate lending and security structures also form a considerable part of Ms. Inal's practice and she holds the distinction of being one of Turkey's premier ship-finance lawyers. Ms. Inal has a wealth of experience before the Turkish Courts, notably in personal injury and death litigation.
