Nilay Şentuna is an Associate practicing primarily in the areas of banking & finance, corporate law, employment law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law.

She received her LL.B degree with honours from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2023.Before joining INAL Law, Nilay honed her skills at a specialized top-tier law firm, where she focused intensively on banking and finance matters.

Nilay advises domestic and international corporate clients on complex financing deals, M&A transactions, and day-to-day corporate advisory matters.

She also handles commercial litigation and dispute resolution processes. Nilay advises clients on employment disputes, guides them through enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, and assists in developing strategies for debt collection and corporate governance compliance.
