Zeynep graduated from Koç University of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2017.
Prior to joining Inal in 2021, Zeynep worked in the competition law, arbitration, and corporate departments of first-tier law firms. Throughout her career, she has represented various multinational and national companies on mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of joint ventures, arbitral tribunals, preliminary investigations and investigations before the Turkish Competition Authority.
Zeynep focuses on all aspects of the competition law, compliance, contracts, corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions.
