Zeynep Özgültekin graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2018. Prior to joining Inal, she worked in the competition law, arbitration and corporate departments of first-tier law firms.

Throughout her career, Zeynep has represented a wide range of multinational and national clients in preliminary investigations and full-fledged investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority (TCA). She also has experience in appeals against TCA decisions before administrative courts, as well as competition law damages actions before national courts.

Focusing on all aspects of competition law, her practice includes handling complex merger, acquisition and joint venture cases and advising on multi-jurisdictional merger filing assessments. She has also participated in settlement negotiations with the TCA, ensuring optimal outcomes for her clients.

In addition, Zeynep assists clients in managing antitrust risks in their day-to-day operations by designing and implementing tailored competition compliance programmes. Her experience further covers corporate and commercial matters, contracts and M&A transactions.
