Uğur Kaplan is a Senior Lawyer at Inal Law, where he has built six years of experience handling a wide range of sophisticated legal matters. His practice spans high-stakes litigation and arbitration, together with comprehensive corporate advisory work for domestic and international clients.

Uğur has extensive experience managing complex dispute resolution processes. He represents clients in commercial litigation before courts of all levels, serves as counsel in arbitration proceedings, and oversees the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. With a strong background in maritime law, he continues to advise on intricate marine casualty and admiralty disputes.

On the corporate side, Uğur provides legal guidance on domestic and cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliance. His practice also includes advising on competition law issues, including compliance assessments and investigations.

Before joining Inal Law, Uğur began his career in the dispute resolution and maritime law department of a prominent law firm. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2018 and went on to obtain his LL.M. in Private Law from Marmara University, completing his thesis on “Renunciation of Inheritance Contracts Under Turkish Law.”
